BIM BASED FM DASHBOARD / SPACE MANAGEMENT / INTEGRATE BIM WITH GIS (GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM)

The project Dashboard shall be extended to host a cloud based interface and management reporting tool that will give the end users access anywhere, anytime to the Facility 3D BIM designs, the FM database, the assets lifecycle data and the operation/maintenance plans/schedules, the project as-built information and other documentation.
This establishment will be the base for future integrations with other systems such as IoT and energy solutions, empowering the ultimate owner of unlimited opportunities for a better control over the facility performance, asset maintenance cost and energy consumption.
This dashboard is ready for effective integration with the ultimate owner GIS system and could be part of his overall Assets/Facilities dashboard management system.
